Green Retail Decisions will host the inaugural Green Retail Decisions Innovation Summit on July 31 - August 1, 2012 at the Rosemont Hilton Hotel.
The Green Retail Decisions Innovation Summit is an exclusive invitation-only event where executives from 20 retail companies will interact with leading industry suppliers to discuss innovation, sustainability strategy, and the future of green retailing.
Central to the Innovation Summit are the Boardroom Briefings and One-on-One Meetings with leading industry solution providers and a keynote presentation by Walmart Senior Director of Sustainability Fred Bedore. These valuable presentations provide insight on what it takes to advance retailer sustainability programs.
The Innovation Summit was developed with input from a retailer advisory board including: Kohl's, Staples, Polo Ralph Lauren, Macy's, Kroger, Limited Brands, REI and Supervalu. In addition to the retailer advisory board members, other retail guests include Target, Walgreens, Petsmart, Whole Foods, Sears and Cinemark.
Eight industry-leading suppliers are participating as Founding Sponsors of the Innovation Summit. Sustainability Partners in the Summit are IBM and CA Technologies. Summit sponsors are Constellation Energy, Noble Americas Energy Solutions, Phoenix Energy Technologies, Plug Power, SoCore Energy and SolarCity.
